The number of older adults and those with special needs requiring care is outnumbering the number of employed caregivers in the US. Loved ones, unfortunately, aren’t always able to administer the best care either. Therefore, we created a recruiting campaign that tapped into people’s empathy by showing those in need of care, in a very genuine way, sparking their natural desire to want to help or seek help for their loved ones with Home Instead.
